Roel is a 500-hour RYT Hatha Yoga teacher who began his teaching journey in 2014. Originally trained in Hong Kong and later completing his 500-hour Hatha Yoga teacher training in Tibet. His path into yoga grew from a background in data science and academia into a lifelong dedication to intelligent movement and conscious practice.His teaching style is dynamic, progressive, and precise. With a strong focus on alignment and intelligent sequencing, Roel guides students to deepen their asana practice safely and sustainably. Inversions are one of his specialties — always introduced with clarity and care — offering students the opportunity to shift perspective, both physically and mentally.Breathwork and yogic philosophy are woven seamlessly into his structured and thoughtfully designed classes. For Roel, every asana has a purpose. Every breath counts.Holding a PhD in High Energy Particle Physics, he remains deeply curious about the intersection of yoga, science, and metaphysics — exploring how ancient wisdom and modern understanding inform and enrich one another.
Nina was born into a family of yoga teachers and was introduced to the path of yoga early through her mother’s guidance. At 16, she discovered Kundalini Yoga, beginning a lifelong spiritual journey.At 21, she completed intensive teacher training in London and later deepened her studies in India within the teachings of Yogi Bhajan. With more than 25 years of teaching experience and continuous learning from master teachers of various yogic traditions, Nina has become a respected expert in Kundalini Yoga, Sound Healing, and Crystal Healing.Certified in Kundalini Yoga (since 2001), Hatha Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, and Pranic Healing, she integrates multiple healing modalities into her work, offering a holistic and embodied approach to transformation. Today, she leads advanced 300+ hour Kundalini Yoga teacher trainings. Now living on the island of Madeira, Nina shares her passion for yoga, sound healing, spirituality, and natural wellbeing, guiding others to reconnect with their true essence and discover natural pathways to health.
